Cancellation Policy

At Avloron, we begin processing orders quickly in order to ensure fast and consistent fulfillment. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at support@avloron.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

2. Cancellation Requests After 2 Hours

After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, personalized, or quickly sent into processing, production may begin shortly after the order is placed. Once an order has entered processing, production, packaging, or shipment preparation, it may no longer be canceled.

3. Personalized and Made-to-Order Orders

Personalized and made-to-order products are especially time-sensitive and may begin production soon after the order is submitted.

For this reason, cancellation requests for personalized or made-to-order items submitted after the 2-hour window will generally not be accepted.

Please review all order details carefully before checkout, including:

  • Product selection
  • Size
  • Color
  • Shipping address
  • Personalization details

4. Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, your order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Please note that refund timing depends on your payment provider or bank.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

An order may not be eligible for cancellation if:

  • More than 2 hours have passed since purchase
  • The order has already entered production
  • The order has been packed or prepared for shipment
  • A shipping label has already been created and the order is in fulfillment
  • The order has already been shipped

6. Incorrect Address or Order Details

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed after the order has been placed.

Avloron is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information entered by the customer at checkout.

7. Refusal to Accept Delivery

Refusing delivery does not count as a valid cancellation.

If a package is refused or returned due to customer action after shipment, the order may be treated under our return policy instead, and shipping or handling deductions may apply where permitted.
